1899 – Foundation of “Maison Michel Frères”, renamed “Raphaël Michel” 50 years later.

2002 – Acquisition of the company by the new CEO Guillaume Ryckwaert.

2004 – Stock market flotation of Raphaël Michel.

2007 – Construction of head office and storehouses in Piolenc (storage capacity of 400,000 hl).

2009 – Establishment in Chile, purchase of an estate in Rengo in Valle Central.

2012 – Sales development in Europe.

2014 – Planting of new vines at the estate in Visan in the heart of the Rhone Valley.
Absorption of total capital of “Claude Nicolas”.
Foundation of Dolia, a new vinification site in Visan.

2015 – Foundation of a new subsidiary in Italy, “Oenotria Cluster”, a platform for storing wines from the New World.

2016 – Takeover of the winegrowers’ cooperative of Saint-André-de-Roquepertuis by Dolia.
